WHO WE ARE
MELOMANIA is run by 1001557180 Ontario Inc. in Toronto. Send any question about your information to melomaniaevents@gmail.com.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you sign up we collect your name, username, email and Instagram handle. We also keep your membership tier, which emails you agreed to, past usernames, the shows you request, who invited you and anyone you invite. If payments open later, Stripe handles them and we never see your card number. If you then add a plus one we store their full name, so please only add someone who is okay with that.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
We use it to run your account, review access requests, check you in at the door and email you about the shows you asked for. We only send news about MELOMANIA, Armin's music or Melomaniac Studios if you choose to get it, and every single one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
WHO HELPS US
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores member accounts and Resend sends our emails. Some of them store data in the United States, where it can be accessed under US law.
COOKIES
We use cookies only to keep you logged in, to remember who invited you and to hold your email while you enter your log in code. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep your information while your account is open. Ask us and we will delete it within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or take back your consent, by emailing us. We never sell your information. If you are not happy with our answer, contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
